Shipping & Returns

We aim to ship all orders the same or next business day, and 99% of all orders are sent within 2 business days, in some unusual cases it may take up to 7 working days to process your order if we need to order supplies. Our system will keep you up to date and let you know when your order has been shipped.

UK Shipping

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £25.

Under £25 standard shipping starts at just 60p and is capped at £3.50

 

Shipping Upgrades: Tracked and expedited shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order.

 

We expect all orders will be with UK customers within 7 working days of order.


International Shipping

International orders are very welcome.

 

To give you the best deal on shipping, we calculate your shipping cost on the weight of your order, this ensures you only pay for what you order and not an inflated flat fee. You can check how much your shipping will be with our shipping estimator on our cart page.

 

We expect all orders will be with UK customers within 14 working days of order, however due to delays such as customs checks, please allow 28 days for delivery.

Returns

Pre-Dispatch cancellation requests for individual stock lines can be accepted over the telephone, and by email. Such cancellations do not become effective until you receive a return confirmation email of cancellation from Customer Service which will be sent to the email address registered on your account. Please note that if the item is already within the delivery process, e.g. goods are being picked and shipped from the warehouse, then cancellation cannot be effected and returns procedure must be used after the goods have arrived.

If there is a problem with any of the items that you have received please contact us immediately, time is of the essence as we only have a very narrow window in which to effect returns or make claims.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel or return within fourteen calendar days of the goods being delivered. Under the Regulations the Customer is responsible for all carriage return costs. The cancellation period will expire 30 calendar days after date of delivery.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 there is a 30 day right to reject the goods if they do not conform to contract. The burden of proof is on the Customer to show that the goods fail to conform

We offer a full Money Back Guarantee which means if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason simply get in touch as long as you've not removed the tags and the item is in the same condition as when we sent it, we'll be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of arrival.

 

Shipping costs and return postage will be refunded for manufacturing defects and listing inaccuracies, exchanges and returns for other reasons will be at the buyers expense.
