43 Boxes, One Hour to Set Up, and Four Hours of Trading

Tomorrow I'm heading to Girvan Comic Con @ The Wee School Art Space, and I'm somehow finding it more stressful to prepare for than MCM London last weekend!

At MCM, I had 7 hours to set up and 25 hours of trading. Tomorrow I've got 1 hour to set up and 4 hours of trading.

I'm not entirely sure how I'm supposed to make that work.

I've spent today trying to figure out what to take. The usual van load is 49 boxes, and after much deliberation I've managed to leave a grand total of SIX behind.

So that's 43 boxes I'm planning to take to a four-hour event, with an hour to get everything out and on display. I may have slightly misjudged what constitutes a smaller event.

The problem is, I don't know what people will want to buy, so every time I decide to leave something behind I end up convincing myself I should probably take it after all.

You'd think a small local Comic Con would be a relaxing change after MCM London. I'm currently finding the opposite!

Anyway, if you're coming to Girvan tomorrow, pop along and say hello. With any luck, I'll have a stall ready by the time you arrive.
