Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days, in some unusual cases it may take up to 7 working days to process your order if we need to order supplies. Our system will keep you up to date and let you know when your order has been shipped.

UK Shipping

All Orders Are Sent Via Tracked Post 

Standard UK Shipping is charged at a flat fee of £4 per order, you can choose expedited shipping for £5 which normally arrives 1 day quicker.

Free Standard Shipping on all UK Orders over £40.

Free Shipping is usually posted by Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless large or bulky items which may be sent by courier. 

We expect all orders will be with UK customers within 7 working days of order.

International Shipping

Due to the high costs associated with GPSR compliance, we regret to inform our customers that we currently do not offer shipping to the European Union or Northern Ireland. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

International orders are very welcome.

To give you the best deal on shipping, we calculate your shipping cost on the weight of your order, this ensures you only pay for what you order. You can check how much your shipping will be on our cart page.

All import duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer, we do not collect nor pay these on your behalf, except for the orders shipped to the USA, in which you will pay tariffs during checkout which we send via DDP postage service.

We expect all orders will be with international customers within 14 working days of order, however due to delays such as customs checks, please allow 28 days for delivery.
